When are court lists published?
Hearing lists are published by HMCTS through the Court and Tribunal Hearings service. Publication times differ between court types, and a list can be added to or amended after it first appears.

Why timings vary
Lists are prepared by each court’s listing office. Some are published the working day before the hearing, and others closer to the day. We do not publish a fixed time here because we have not been able to verify one against an official source; the official service shows when each list was published.
Weekends and bank holidays
Courts normally sit on weekdays only, other than limited urgent work, so a list may not appear on weekends and bank holidays.
