How we get our court lists

Hearing lists on this site come from the official HMCTS Court and Tribunal Hearings service. We do not write or edit hearing details ourselves.

What we show

• Crown Court and magistrates' court lists only.
• Time, courtroom, case reference, hearing type and (where the official list gives it) the offence.
• Every list shows when HMCTS last updated it, when we last checked, and a link to the same list on the official service.

What we leave out

• Names. Defendant names are never stored or displayed. They appear as ******.
• Free-text notes, ages and addresses.
• Youth-related and restricted entries.
• Family, civil and tribunal lists.

How fresh is it?

We check each court regularly through the day, so a change can take a while to appear here. Lists can change at short notice, and we can be behind the official service. Always check the official list before you travel. Pages are cached for a few minutes.

Reporting restrictions

Some cases cannot be reported or identified. Entries that mention anonymity or reporting restrictions are marked. Check any restriction before sharing details.

Found a mistake, or want an entry removed?

Use our removal request page or the contact page, and quote the case reference.
